E-Commerce & Sales Admin Assistant

Help us get beer into the hands of our trade customers and online shop patrons! We are on the lookout for an E-Commerce and Sales Admin Assistant to make our brews move out into the world!

The Five Points Brewing Company in Hackney, East London, is recruiting for a full time E-Commerce and Sales Assistant that will be based at our brewery on Mare Street.

Role Summary:

As the E-Commerce & Sales Admin Assistant, you will be an integral part of the team, taking administration and operational responsibility for our webstore, as well as managing all aspects of telesales within the sales team. You will handle all incoming trade customer emails and calls with great attention to detail and process all orders through our brewery management system. Exceptional customer relationship management is a critical part of this role, both from a trade and webstore perspective.

Key Responsibilities: 

Telesales:

  • Proactively contacting our trade accounts to drive sales
  • Responsible for maintaining and updating customer records
  • Process all incoming orders with great attention to detail and arrange for appropriate delivery dates
  • Identify gaps in the sales week and find opportunities for increased sales
  • Field and deal with new customer enquiries appropriately

E-Commerce:

  • Operational responsibility for the webstore – physical packing of orders, ensuring we’re meeting our delivery guarantee
  • Responsible for good stock maintenance of product / packaging etc. – flagging to senior management when new orders need to be placed
  • Responsible for the online store inbox, ensuring all queries are responded to within a 24 hour period during the workweek
  • Key focus on customer care – delivering first in class service to all our customers and encouraging repeat purchases as a result. This includes response time resolving issues, quality of packing of goods, dispatch time (ensuring we’re delivering within the 2 day guarantee)
  • Liaise with our courier partner, working with them on collections of packages from us (booking these in), as well as resolving any customer issues

Additional Office Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain sales records and stock levels on all Sales POS
  • Responsible for placing orders when stock levels are low – subject to senior management approval
  • Maintain the highest level of product and company knowledge
  • Managing incoming calls into the office
  • Taking responsibility of ordering office supplies including pens, stamps, coffee
  • Post office runs and office shipping as required

Salary and Benefits:
