Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Lough Gill Brewery in Ireland, our first ever Gose was made to celebrate a coming together of ingredients from across the waves.
Our Sloe Gin Gose was brewed with lemon, coriander seeds, gin-hydrated sloe berries and juniper berries. Irish sea salt was added in the end of the boil. Expect saltiness, a tart and zingy lemon sourness, and a dry, crisp finish with subtle botanical fruit flavours throughout. Refreshing and moreish, it’s definitely one for the sunshine.
